Teen convicted after County Market shooting incident
Teen convicted after County Market shooting incident

A teenage boy charged after a Pontiac shooting incident earlier this summer will be sentenced next month. Livingston County Judge Jennifer Bauknecht found the juvenile guilty of aggravated discharge of a firearm, unlawful possession of a stolen firearm and possessing a firearm without a FOID card. The boy was found not guilty on one aggravated discharge count. Police say the juvenile handed Ronald Porter a gun before entering the Pontiac County Market store. Porter reportedly fired the gun toward a group of people outside the store. Porter faces sentencing next week on similar charges.
