Another painful loss for Illini

Dropping there sixth game out of seven has the Illinois basketball team on its heels. Who else is feeling the heat?

The Illini dropped another Big Ten game to the Michigan Wolverines this afternoon losing 70 to 61 on the road. The Illini’s chances for an NCAA bid are now in serious trouble. 

Also in trouble is Bruce Weber. Failure to make the NCAA’s would probably mean his dismissal as coach.

Next up for Illinois is Purdue back in Champaign.
