Heartland Head Start

Heartland Head Start will be accepting applications for 2012-2013 school-year for income eligible families.

Children need to be 3-4 years old before September 1. 2012.

Heartland Head Start is a free preschool that provides free lunch and snack each day. We offer a part day program with AM and PM classes in Pontiac. We also provide free bus services. Heartland head Start helps children and families grow  socially, intellectually, emotionally, and physically through nutrition, classroom and community education. Families of children with special needs are encouraged to apply.

Please bring medical card, Certified birth-certificate, check stub, 1040 tax form for 2011 and shot record. You can still fill out an aplication if you don’t have all the requested documentation. Children do not need to be present to fill out an application.
