OSF Saint James Educational Assistance Program for Healthcare Careers

Available for qualified students entering, or continuing in the healthcare field. The program is open to all graduating high school seniors or college students currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, whose primary residence is Livingston County or a surrounding community served by OSF Saint James. Employees of OSF Saint James seeking a degree in the healthcare field may also apply.

Financial assistance will range from $1000 to $5000, must be applied toward tuition and fees, and will be paid directly to the college or university. The amount of assistance will be based on each student’s educational achievement, essay content, financial need, and letters of recommendation. Applicants must submit a completed application form, an official copy of their transcript from their latest academic year, a short essay and letters of recommendation.

Application forms along with the terms and conditions of this program are available from the OSF Saint James Human Resources Department, Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 3:30 pm.

The deadline for submitting applications and supporting documents is March 31, 2012
