The band Sugarland is being sued over the stage collapse at the Fair in Indiana this summer! We all knew it was only a matter of time before this came about. They were actually named in the lawsuit by 44 survivors and 4 that lost their lives. You remember that a 60mph wind gust obliterated the stage a mere seconds before the band was supposed to take the stage. If you’re wondering how the band can be held responsible, it’s like this; the contract specifically states that Sugarland has the final say on whether to cancel the concert due to the
weather. That’s it. Done.

Kris Humphries is planning to sue Kim Kardashian to the tune of $10 million dollars over his role on the Kardashian reality show. Dude, seriously? Man-up! Sign the divorce papers and walk away!

Good news, Brittany Spears and her boyfriend are planning a spring wedding even though they aren’t engaged! It’s fine!
