OSF St. James CEO David Ochs Recognized by GLCEDC

The Greater Livingston County Economic Development Council (GLCEDC) has honored David T. Ochs with its first GLCEDC Community Leadership Award. The Community Leadership Award was bestowed upon Ochs for his outstanding support of the Livingston County area and his commitment to advancing economic development initiatives. Ochs was a founding member of the GLCEDC and has served as Chairman of the GLCEDC Board of Directors and on its Executive Committee. By helping to organize the GLCEDC, "Ochs brought economic development initiatives to the forefront of discussions in Livingston County, making notable economic development progress," said Adam L. Dontz, GLCEDC Chief Executive Officer. The award was presented to Ochs this morning at OSF Saint James – John W. Albrecht Medical Center.  Ochs will retire December 31, after 26 years as President and Chief Executive Officer of the medical center.
