Flanagan Rehabilitation and Health Care center now has a five-star rating from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid services.

Five-star nursing homes fall in the top ten percent of all nursing homes in the state.
Flanagan Rehabilitation and Health Care Center is one of more than 90 facilities under Petersen Healthcare, headquartered in Peoria. Green said Petersen is the largest provider of long-term care in the state. It currently has 43 residents in the skilled nursing portion of the facility and employs around 60 people, both full and part time.
