Evenglow recently announced it is the recipient of Pinnacle Quality Insight’s 2015 Customer Experience Award. It qualified for the award in the categories of Overall Satisfaction, Understood Procedures, Dignity and Respect, Response to Concerns, Pace of Progress, Equipment Quality, Knowledge/Skills of Therapists, recommend to Others and Overall Customer Experience.
In a press release Monday, Cindy Fox, director of rehab at Evenglow, described receiving the award as an honor
“We are thankful and excited. All of us work hard as a team to uphold the highest quality of care. We appreciate the dedication of our team and the motivation each resident demonstrates to achieve their highest level of independence,” Fox said. “Throughout its 55 year history of serving the community, Evenglow has placed a strong emphasis on ensuring that the individual needs of every resident are met.”
Throughout 2014, a sampling of Evenglow’s customers and their families participated in monthly telephone interviews that included open-ended questions and the ability to rate Evenglow in specific categories.
By qualifying for the award, Evenglow has scored in the top 15 percent of the nation across a 12-month average.
