The March Madness Parent Information Panel, which benefits the needs of parents and caregivers of students with disabilities, will take place from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, March 14, at PTHS.

The basketball themed event, complete with games and raffles, will start with breakfast and continue with a panel and question time, information on PUNS and FAFSA forms, as well as guardianship. A special sign-up time for the new Parent Empowerment Group will begin at 11:30 a.m.

Speakers will be on hand to address independent living, housing, rehabilitation services and adapted recreation.

All parents of students in Livingston County with special needs are invited to attend this free program. Teachers are welcome, as well, because continuing education credits are given to those who attend.
