The Livingston County Board met again last night, and although the “Right to Work” item from the agenda was removed, there were still plenty of interested residents giving their opinions at the end of the meeting.
In regular business, the next two Pleasant Ridge Wind Farm hearings were announced for Monday, April 27 and Wednesday, April 29, both beginning at 6:30 p.m. at the Livingston County Historic Courthouse. Those last two hearings will include rebuttal from the applicants, Invenergy.
Collins Miller reported from the Recreation Committee that phase one of the bike path project is done and has been submitted to the Illinois Department of Transportation for approval. The second phase would be a complete study of a path through the whole county, as the first one is along Historic Route 66 from the county line north of Chenoa to 1600 North Road, just south of Pontiac.
