An attempted robbery occurred at Walgreens in Pontiac early Wednesday morning.
According to Pontiac Police Major Dan Davis, the perpetrator damaged several windows in the store. The person was able to gain access and tried to break into the pharmacy while inside, but failed.
The police department is in contact with other local pharmacies for a possible identification of the suspect. They have also posted information and pictures from Walmart surveillance on their Facebook page.
