The Pontiac Indians beat the Olympia Spartans on the road 7-2 in a Thursday afternoon contest. Christian Schuler was the star of the game, pitching all 7 innings to pick up the win for the Indians. Levi Ransom was 2-3 at the plate, driving in 1.
Pontiac is now 9-1 in the Corn Belt and still in sole possession of first place. The Indians travel to Wilmington this Saturday for a single game at 10am and then will be home next week against Mahomet-Seymour on Tuesday. Keep ’em comin’, guys!
