The Pontiac Area Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting at Personal Finance Co., located at 423-B W. Madison Street in Pontiac yesterday to mark the grand reopening of the business.
LaVonne Shilson, branch manager, said the company has been in Pontiac since this early 1970s and this is a new location for the business, which moved in the middle of March.
