BLOOMINGTON – A Bloomington man has been arrested on charges of aggravated battery of a pregnant woman.

33-year-old Jeremy Coleman is also charged with unlawful restraint and domestic battery with a prior conviction.Coleman was arrested for numerous interactions with a woman who is six months pregnant.

Court records say Coleman grabbed the woman on June 4th, and then threatened to beat her if she answered the door when cops came in response to a domestic violence call on June 9th.

Coleman is also accused of hitting the pregnant woman in her stomach on June 10th.

He’s scheduled to appear in court for an arraignment on June 26.
