Check your salad dressing for possible recall

By Cynthia Grau/WJEZ News

Wishbone, a popular salad dressing, is currently experiencing a voluntary recall of its ranch variety.

The dressing, which is sold in 24-ounce bottles, is being recalled after some of the product was accidentally mixed with its blue cheese variety. Blue cheese contains eggs, which can potentially cause allergic reactions to consumers with egg allergies.

In a review of local grocery stores, either the store didn’t carry that specific dressing or their dressing wasn’t involved in the recall.

For those who shop for groceries outside of the county, check your bottles for the best used date of Feb. 17, 2016. You may qualify for a refund at its place of purchase.
