At a brief ceremony recently in Pontiac, Livingston County State’s Attorney candidate Randy Yedinak introduced former U.S. Representative Tom Ewing as his Honorary Campaign Chairman.

In a short statement, Ewing said the strong relationships Yedinak has formed with law enforcement will allow him to effectively run the State’s Attorney Office, along with his service to the county in the past four years, which stands as a testimony to his character and professionalism.

Ewing served in the Illinois General Assembly from 1974 to 1991 and in the United States House of Representatives from 1991 until his retirement in 2001.
