The Illinois Supreme Court recently announced the result of its court user survey conducted this past May.

The survey was conducted May 21 in accordance with procedures outlined by the Strategic Planning Committee of the Illinois Judicial Conference and the Administrative Office of Illinois. No circuits in Illinois received an average or negative response to the questions in the scaled survey.

Eleventh Circuit Judge Jennifer Bauknecht said while they were encouraged by the results of the survey, they also recognize there are opportunities for improvement.

The results of the survey can be found on the Illinois Supreme Court’s website at illinoiscourts.gov.
