The Eagle Performing Arts and Conference Center had its official ribbon cutting last night during the Pontiac Area Chamber of Commerce’s Business After Hours.
A crowd gathered to check out the newly renovated theater and facility manager Liz Vincent said this was a chance for people to see all the possibilities of how the space could be used.
“It is a beautiful facility. It was completely gutted – it had to be. It is definitely multi-use. I think we don’t even know what all the facility can be used for yet,” Vincent said.
The first show kicks off Friday with Tim Dial, local singer/songwriter. He was a guest on Community Forum Thursday and he talked about his show. That podcast is available at wjez.com.
