The Pontiac Rotary Club honored Bob Mackenzie as its Citizen of the Year Tuesday at Baby Bulls Fine Dining.
The ceremony included words from many who nominated Mackenzie for the award and an acceptance speech from Mackenzie himself.
“I really am feeling delighted. It’s so nice that people are recognize the value of what our efforts as a troupe are really all about, and I’m really just a spokesman for Vermillion Players,” Mackenzie said.
Past winners were also recognized during the ceremony.
