The University of Illinois Extension is holding a program called “Yes You Can: Preserving Safely” at the Woodford Count Extension office in Eureka May 16 and 23 from 6 to 8.
This series is geared toward people looking to learn how to can foods or experienced canners wishing to update their methods. The 16th will focus on canning guidelines and the 23rd will cover freezing and drying foods.
