The Livingston County Public Health Department is now taking appointments for 2016 sports and school physicals.

Physical dates are June 27 and July 11, 18 and 25th. These physicals will be conducted by an advanced practice nurse and can be done by appointment only. To make an appointment, call the health department at 844-7174. The department will bill private insurance and public aid for eligible clients, while reasonable accommodations will be made for students without health insurance.
