Two students from Fairbury were awarded the Ronald McDonald House Charities scholarship by the RMHC of Central Illinois.

Kyler Knapp from Prairie Central High School and Daniel Costa from the Illinois Math and Science Academy were chosen for this scholarship due to their community involvement and academic performance.

This is the first year the RHMC of Central Illinois has participated in this scholarship program and has distributed $24,000 in scholarship money to 12 area high school students.
