Mid-Central Community Action is holding a Community Innovation Fair Saturday in Bloomington.

Jeremy Studebaker, community engagement coordinator for MCCA, said this is a part of Neighborworks Week, and this year’s theme is “Creating Opportunity.”

“That just gives people a chance to see some individuals who are going to start up new businesses or have some community improvement ideas, to come out and display them to the public. Everyone who attends has a chance to vote on their favorite one. The (one) with the most votes are actually going to win some start up or capital money that we have that day,” Studebaker said.

This event is taking place at the First Christian Church of Bloomington at 401 W. Jefferson Street from 2 to 5 on Saturday.
