OSF Healthcare is offering a “Concussions in Youth Sports” discussion in Streator Wednesday.

Mike Robinson, media relations coordinator for OSF HealthCare, said this discussion will cover awareness, prevention and detection of concussions, as well as a question and answer session.

“While it’s aimed at coaches and parents and anyone who has children involved in youth sports, I think anyone can benefit from this kind of information,” Robinson said.

The event will be held at OSF Center for Health – Streator at 111 Spring Street at 5:30 Wednesday.
