Chenoa Fourth of July activities kick off Saturday, with several favorite activities coming back to town for another year.

Jaleese Munz, Chenoa Fourth of July committee member, has more.

“We have a porkchop meal that will be sold at our street dance Sunday night. We also have an ice cream social sponsored by the Chenoa Woman’s Club and both start at 5. There will be face painting for the little ones and there will be a street dance that night beginning from 8 to midnight with free music from Jury’s Out,” Munz said.

Monday’s parade steps off at 2 p.m. and fireworks will start at dusk.
