Some disturbing news about ransomware and it’s popularity. Have you evern been hit by it? I haven’t, but know plenty who have! Infections have doubled since 2014 and look to be on the rise. The number one threat is email attachments. We get lots of coporate emails here at work saying don’t open this or that! The worst part is, you are asked to pay to get your stuff back, but guess what? Nearly half of people who have paid still didn’t get their info released to them. So the bottom line is simple, if you don’t recognize it, DON’T OPEN IT!
