Fifteen local youth recently participated in the Illinois 4-H State Livestock judging contest in Urbana.

The team was comprised of kids from Livingston and McLean Counties and came out with several top finishers, including Leslie Walker who placed third overall in the senior division and the senior team finished seventh. In the junior division, there were several individual top ten finishers and the junior teams finished second and tenth.
