4-H Fair project judging continued through yesterday afternoon and included several areas from horticulture and woodworking to electronics and welding.
Lindsey Barickman of Long Point received her visual arts score from her project and is looking ahead to other projects.
“I’ve gotten first selected for State, Grand Champion Visual Arts and Best of Class, so I’m doing really well in that. These are the only two projects that I brought this year. This is my last year, so go out with a bang,” Barickman said.
The fair continues through Thursday at the 4-H Fairgrounds northwest of Pontiac.
