Summer is slowly coming to a close and kids will be heading back to class.

Start dates for public schools in Livingston County are as follows:

August 16: Flanagan-Cornell High School and Cornell Grade School.

August 17: Graymont and Odell grade schools and Woodland schools.

August 18: Pontiac District 90 and 429 schools, Dwight schools and Saunemin Grade School.

August 22: Prairie Central and Tri-Point schools.
