Classes start today at Heartland Community College and it’s still not too late to register.
Becky Gropp, associate director for public information for HCC, said registration is still happening for both college and GED classes through the Pontiac office, located at the Pontiac Public Library.
“If you haven’t registered yet, no worries, you can register up until that first day of classes. But, we encourage you to get it done. All you have to do is call over to the Heartland Pontiac Center there and they’ll get you all set up with what you need. GED classes start up the 23rd. Nothing to do with that. All you have to do is show up and they’ll take care of everything,” Gropp said.
