More information is being released about the one vehicle accident that happened near Forrest Saturday evening.

According to District 6 Illinois State Police Sergeant Joseph Dittmer, the accident happened at 6:26 at Route 24 and 2500 East Road west of Forrest, when a car driven by a 27-year-old female from Park Forest left the road, over corrected, left the road again and overturned. The driver was airlifted to Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana and her condition is unknown at this time.
