The United Way Kickoff is fast approaching, and with a new goal of $197,000, help is needed.

United Way of Livingston County Executive Director Deb Howard was a guest on a recent Community Forum, and discussed how anyone can help.

“This year, we’ve been very lucky. We’ve had some volunteers in and they’ve stuffed all my envelopes. But we do need volunteers. We always need volunteers. We’re looking for workplace volunteers, mainly, to help your place of business do an employee campaign. We would love for more employee campaigns,” Howard said.
