The Livingston County Humane Society will be holding its “August Hill Winery, Utica” wine tasting fundraiser at Delongs Casual Dining and Spirits Tuesday from 5 until close.

Karen Gregory with the humane society, described what will be happening at this event.

“We will have a silent auction going on and a 50/50 drawing at 5:30. The silent auction is going to be wine baskets and Jeannie Barnes is offering some gift certificates. She comes out to the shelter and donates time for our high energy or puppy mill dogs, doing essential oil treatments and massages,” Gregory said.

The cost of the event is a $10 donation and includes dessert, appetizers and the wine tasting.
