The Livingston County Humane Society is holding a spaghetti supper Monday from 4 to 7:30 at the Pontiac VFW.

Karen Gregory said this fundraiser is to raise money to pay for heating costs for the shelter.

“We want you to come in and enjoy our spaghetti, or Avanti bread and all those wonderful homemade desserts by our bakers. This year, we are doing something we’ve never done before. We sent out fliers to local businesses that have second shifts working, like our firemen, EMT, hospital, etc., and are offering a free delivery service with a pre-filled form, so we would know how many spaghetti dinners we needed to provide, and to get them at the time that they wish them to be delivered,” Gregory said.
