Mario’s Pizza in Pontiac will be holding Mom’s Night Off Tuesday from 5 to 8.

Karen Gregory with the Livingston County Humane Society said it went so well last year, they wanted to do it again.

“We, last year, the Tuesday before Thanksgiving, thought ‘Hey, mom’s going to be cooking all day Wednesday. Give her the night off.’ Mario’s is going to donate a percentage this Tuesday, November 22, between 5 and 8, of dine in or carry out pizzas that people order and they’re going to give it to the shelter. The funds from this will be going into routine medicines that we have to keep the animals on in order to keep them healthy,” Gregory said.

Mario’s is located at 748 W. Madison Street.
