After what Library Director Kristin Holzhauer says was a very successful Summer Reading Program at the Pontiac Public Library, annual favorites are beginning again.
Holzhauer details some of those events.
“We are coming back with all of our regular monthly programming the Tuesday after Labor Day. That will be our storytimes on Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday mornings from 10-10:30; our Lego Club every Wednesday from 4-5 p.m.; and then we will have STEAM Team back through our partnership with the University of Illinois Extension office. We’re hoping to bring that back the second and fourth Thursdays of every month, so that would be the second and fourth in September, as well, but there will be some additional information coming up for that,” Holzhauer said.
