The Livingston County Ag Expo, which is a program for the county’s grade schoolers, is happening Thursday and the event is in need of volunteers.

Livingston County Farm Bureau Manager Jody Hughes said this event happens every other year and while it’s exciting and the children enjoy it, it couldn’t happen without the volunteers.

“We will take anything from serving lunch, if you want to teach a lesson, we will have it prepared for you. We just need someone there to teach the children. We’ll have a script and it will be really easy. Anyone who wants to come, it’s a really fun day. We do pray for good weather. It makes it much more pleasant for everyone,” Hughes said.
