The Yankees beat the Twins 8-4 in the American League Wild Card game. Aaron Judge homered in his first postseason game. Both starters didn’t last long as New York’s Luis Severino recorded only one out while giving up three runs, and Minnesota’s Ervin Santana lasted only two innings with four runs. The Yankees face the Indians in an American League Division Series beginning tomorrow.
The National League Wild Card game is tonight in Arizona as the Diamondbacks host the Colorado Rockies. Jon Gray is on the mound for the Rockies while the Snakes give the ball to Zach Grienke.
