The Pontiac Kiwanis met Wednesday for lunch and heard from one of Pontiac’s newest business owners from Route 66 Nutrition.

Co-owner Rachel Schopp – Regenold said the new business has been running for about a month and one misconception their business has is that it’s a Herbalife distributor.

“People think we sell the products out of there, like they can come in and buy a whole canister of something of shake mix and take it home, and we don’t do that. They can only come in and order a shake or a tea and we make it for them,” Schopp-Regenold said.

Route 66 Nutrition is located at 111 N. Mill in Pontiac.
