Congressman Adam Kinzinger and his staff will be collecting cards and letters for the residents of the Illinois Veterans Home in LaSalle.

Kinzinger, a veteran himself, has done this for a few years and is reaching out to the public to help with this card and letter drive.

“This Veterans Day, let’s take a moment to share our gratitude to our veterans. These are the men and women who have served and sacrificed to defend this nation and the freedoms we enjoy in America. Please join me in writing a letter or card to our local veterans. It’s important that they know we appreciate and value their unwavering dedication to our country and our communities. Thank you in advance for making this card drive happen,” Kinzinger said.

Cards and letters can be mailed to his office at 628 Columbus Street #507, Ottawa, Illinois, 61530. The deadline is November 6. With questions, contact his office at 815-431-9271.
