The Cubs own a 2-1 lead in the best-of-five series.

The Indians and Yankees decide their American League Division Series tonight with Game 5 in Cleveland.

​The Blackhawks won at Montreal 3-1 behind 41 saves from Corey Crawford and the first NHL goal from Alex DeBrincat. The Blues beat the Rangers 3-1.

The U-S has been denied entry into the World Cup for the first time since 1986. The Americans were eliminated in qualifying play in a 2-1 loss to Trinidad and Tobago.

The Bears have placed outside linebacker Willie Young on injured reserve. Young suffered a triceps injury against Green Bay on Sept. 28.
