Accolade Healthcare, one of Pontiac’s newest nursing homes, is having a job fair Thursday from noon to 6.

Administrator Penny Varnavas explained what is happening that day.

“We want to welcome anybody who might be interested to check out the changes we’ve made at the facility and also see the opportunities that are available. We are giving on-site interviews and returning the opportunity to see if you can be employed with us within a 24 hour span of time, so this will be a pretty quick process. We encourage everybody to come out. We’ll be touring the facility so they can see what the expectations are. We are also giving sign-on bonuses, which can be given in detail at the time of the interviews,” Varnavas said.

Accolade Healthcare is located at 300 W. Lowell Avenue in Pontiac.
