The Pontiac Public Library has been holding its fall fundraiser and art show since the beginning of October, and it’s been paired with a bake sale since Friday. All this is set to end Tuesday.
Included in the event is at least fifteen mobiles made of egg shells and tissue paper depicting classic literature quotes, all made by local artist, joanE Lipinski. They are a part of a silent auction for the library.
The bake and book sale ends Tuesday. People can fill a bag with baked treats for $4.
All proceeds from these fundraisers will benefit the library’s general operating fund. For more information, call the library at 844-7229.
