Parks and Rec looking for feedback

The Pontiac Parks and Recreation has revamped its Facebook page, with the help of Diaz Sign art for a new profile picture, and they’re looking for feedback from customers.

Director Taylor Baxter said they’re looking for ideas about potential classes, instructors and other activities.

“We want to be interactive with the community and we want to find out what people really want out of our recreation department, so one of those ways is we just made a post asking what people want and we specifically catered it toward kids classes for this time, and we got things from gymnastics to Spanish classes to music, and we’re really taking that feedback seriously. I’ve had a couple people come in and say they’re interested in teaching those classes. If there’s something you feel you’d like to get out of our department or there’s a class that isn’t offered, we are so open to feedback and if it’s something we can realistically do, we will do our best to do that,” Baxter said.
