OSF HealthCare has reached an agreement with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois to ensure patients will continue to have access to in-network care at OSF HealthCare hospitals through 2018.

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois had announced last month plans to sever ties with OSF at the end of the year due to a disagreement over rates.

OSF HealthCare hospitals and providers are in-network caregivers for BCBSIL today, and will remain in network. This includes BCBSIL Commercial, PPO, EPO, and Blue Choice products that BCBSIL terminated previously. For a complete listing, visit www.osfhealthcare.org/blue.
