Pontiac man arrested on felony drug charges

An ongoing investigation led to a traffic stop and search warrant Sunday, resulting in the discovery of cannabis.

According to Livingston County Sheriff Tony Childress, Donald Boyd was taken into custody on charges of manufacture and delivery of cannabis after 1028.9 grams of cannabis was seized, along with 27 grams of THC wax and drug paraphernalia. A 2005 Mazda and $378 were also seized.

He was formally charged with two felony drug charges over the weekend.

Assisting the county with the arrest was the Pontiac Police.
