Donations needed for Holiday Needs Closet

Radio Pontiac and Bank of Pontiac have partnered to help Stock the Needs Closet for the Children’s Advocacy Center and there is still plenty of time to drop off items at the station.

The Pointe at Pontiac’s Regional Supervisor Peg Spear brought nearly two dozen bags of items Thursday after the company saw how important the collection was to the community.

“This is a company-wide effort to donate to your cause for the Children’s Advocacy Center. We were excited that it was something we could take part in. It’s important to us to let the community know that the Pointe at Pontiac is here for them, so that’s why we’ve been actively putting on events for the community, such as our Summer Bash and our Halloween event, and this was just another opportunity for us to be a part of the community and donate to a very worthy cause,” Spear said.

The list of needed items is available at mcleancpn.org. Items can be dropped off at the station at 315 N. Mill Street in Pontiac.
