The rTown app has been taking Pontiac by storm since its release in October, but what is it and what does it have to offer?

Liz Vincent with the City of Pontiac said it’s a free download from your phone’s app store and it shows information about local churches, stores, restaurants and events.

“You can pull up the app, you can look through the attractions list, you can see what’s open, you can see what the hours are and it might help you think of something that you might not have thought you were going to do originally,” Vincent said.
