After a warmer, milder fall and early winter, temperatures dropped and the snow started falling Saturday in Livingston County.
According to Illinois American Water, Pontiac has three inches of snowfall recorded from 7 a.m. Saturday through 7 a.m. Monday, with higher amounts in the south and southeastern parts of the county.
