Three Chatsworth residents were arrested and jailed Wednesday, March 7, after an investigation by the Livingston County Proactive Unit.
According to a press release from the Livingston County Sheriff’s Department, Ryan Molck, Samantha Martinez and Christina Scott were all arrested and taken into custody in Chatsworth for varying heroin charges. Molck and Scott were arrested for felony counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance within 500 feet of a church, park, or school, and Martinez was arrested for felony possession of controlled substances, all purported to be heroin.
Approximately 60 doses of suspected heroin, $250, and a 2005 Ford passenger car, valued at $1,000, were seized during the arrest.
All were seen in Livingston County Court March 8 and each were formally charged with Class X felonies.
Agencies also involved included the Dwight Drug Unit, the Livingston County State’s Attorney’s office at the Livingston County K9 Unit.
